- Pistachio tofu tiramisu – Homemade freshly grounded pistachio paste, espresso soaked sponge fingers, tofu incorporated into mascarpone
- Optional add on of a slightly salty chunky pistachio nut butter layer [HIGHLY RECOMMENDED]
